I'm a web developer from Baramulla, Jammu & Kashmir, and I've been doing web development since I was a kid. These days I build websites, do SEO and look after Google Business Profiles for businesses in Kashmir and around the world.
From school to today
I started as a kid, teaching myself how web pages work while I was still at school, and I never stopped. What began as curiosity turned into building websites for real businesses, first near home and then for clients much further away.
Plenty of the websites I've built over the years have gone offline when clients chose not to renew them, so I don't publish a running total. The ones in my portfolio are live today, and every one of them carries its owner's real name and address.
I build for hotels, resorts, schools, colleges, online stores, travel companies and all sorts of small businesses. The industries page explains what each of them needs from a website.
What I do
A business usually needs three things from someone like me: a website that loads quickly and explains what it sells, SEO so the right people find it, and a Google Business Profile that puts it on the map. I do all three myself, and for businesses that depend on customers nearby, local SEO ties the website and the listing together.
I don't work as an agency and I don't hand work to anyone else. When you message me, you are talking to the person who writes the code, sets up your listing and reads your Search Console data afterwards. It also means one person keeps track of your domain, your hosting, your listing and your search data, so nothing falls between two suppliers. How I work
- I only publish numbers I've measured myself, with the date and the tool.
- I don't promise rankings. Google decides those; I show you what I changed and what happened.
- I follow Google's rules: no bought links, no fake or rewarded reviews, no copied town pages.
- I explain things in plain language, so you know what you are paying for.
What I build with
HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript for most sites, PHP when a site needs code on the server, and WordPress when a client wants to edit pages themselves. I deploy on Cloudflare, and I use Google Search Console and GA4 to see how a site is found and what visitors do on it.
This website is built the same way: hand-written HTML and CSS, a little JavaScript that the page doesn't depend on, and no framework. When client work teaches me something worth sharing, I write it up on my blog.
