Small businesses
Shops, services and local firms that need calls and walk-ins.
I build websites for businesses in Kashmir and around the world, working from Baramulla, Jammu & Kashmir. You get a fast site in plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript, or a WordPress site if you want to edit it yourself, and you deal with me from the first message to launch day.
Both are good choices. The right one depends on who will change the site after launch.
| Plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript | WordPress | |
|---|---|---|
| Who edits the pages | I do, when you send me the change | You can, from a dashboard |
| Plugins to keep updated | None | The theme, the plugins and WordPress itself |
| Where it runs | Cloudflare Pages | A PHP web host with a database |
| Speed | Very fast, because there is nothing to build on each visit | Depends on the theme, plugins and host |
| Best for | Businesses that want speed and little upkeep | Businesses that change content every week |
I don't publish fixed prices, because two websites rarely need the same work. These are the things that change the cost.
A five-page site and a site with a page for every package and destination are different jobs.
If you want to edit the site yourself, it is built on WordPress, which takes more setting up.
Ready-written text and your own photos keep the cost down. If I write the text, that is part of the job.
Business email, a blog, a Google Business Profile set-up or design work for your logo add to the total.
Tell me what you need, or put it together with the website cost calculator, and I'll give you the price before any work starts.
A school needs admissions and notices, a hotel needs rooms and direct enquiries, an online store needs products and payments. I plan each site around what that business actually sells. Finished sites are in my portfolio.
Shops, services and local firms that need calls and walk-ins.
Rooms, rates and direct enquiries without the booking-site cut.
Stays, experiences, events and packages on one clear site.
Packages, itineraries, seasons and WhatsApp enquiries.
Product pages, payments, shipping and the policies behind them.
Admissions, notices, fees and a site parents can trust.
Courses, admissions, faculty and results students can find.
Your business name, address and phone number exactly as they should appear everywhere. A list of what you sell, with prices if you show them. Any real photos of your work, your team or your location, because real photos build trust faster than stock images. If you already have a domain, the login for wherever it is registered.
If you need help with a logo or graphics, see graphic design. If you want to edit the site yourself, read about WordPress development; if you are replacing an old site, see website redesign. Selling online? Ecommerce websites have their own page. For work after launch, see maintenance, SEO and local SEO.
Answer a few questions in the cost calculator, or just message me what your business does. I'll reply with the questions I need answered and a quote.
It depends mostly on how quickly the text and photos are ready. A small site with its content ready moves quickly; a site with many package pages, or one where the text still has to be written, takes longer. I give you a realistic date once I know what the site needs.
You should. I recommend registering the domain in your business's name and keeping the login yourself, so you never depend on one person to keep your address online. My hosting and domains page explains the options.
Yes. You get a working preview link and check it on your own phone. Nothing goes live until you are happy with it.
Yes. I design for phones first, because that is how most people will open your site. Buttons are big enough to tap and the WhatsApp and call options stay easy to reach.
Yes. I start by checking which of your current pages Google already shows, so the new site keeps those addresses or redirects them, and you don't lose the visitors you already get.
Send me your business name, where you're based and what the site has to do. I'll reply with the questions I need answered and what I'd build first.
