Websites for coaching and tuition centres
Students and parents compare coaching institutes carefully, because the fees and the stakes are high. I build websites for coaching institutes and tuition centres that show what you teach, when, by whom and at what cost, with honest results and an easy way to try a class.
What a coaching site needs
- Courses and batch timings
- Faculty and their subjects
- Fees and refund policy
- Results you can prove
- Demo class requests
How families choose
A parent choosing coaching for an entrance exam or board classes wants specific answers: which courses run, for which class, on which days, how big the batches are, who teaches and what it costs. Then they want to meet a teacher or sit in on a class. A site that answers those questions and offers a demo class does more than one covered in topper photographs.
Results matter, but they have to be real. I present results with the details that make them believable, and leave out claims that consumer rules now treat as misleading.
What I build for coaching institutes
Course pages
Who it's for, what it covers, duration, batch options and fees.
Batch timetable
Upcoming batches with start dates and timings, easy for staff to update.
Faculty
Teachers with subjects, qualifications and experience, stated accurately.
Honest results
Results with consent, exam, year and course, never borrowed or inflated.
Demo classes
A short request form or WhatsApp button for a trial class.
Notices
Test schedules, holidays and new batches posted by the office.
Found by students nearby
Coaching is local: most students search for a subject or exam plus their area. A Google Business Profile for each centre, with the right category, real photos of classrooms and genuine reviews from students and parents, puts you on the map. A page per course on the website then answers the detail. My local SEO page explains how the two work together.

Questions coaching institutes ask me
Can a coaching institute show toppers and results?
Only results you can back up, with the student's consent, the exam, the year and whether they took your full course or a short programme. India's consumer protection authority has issued guidelines against misleading coaching advertisements, so inflated or borrowed results are a real risk, not just bad manners.
How do students book a demo class?
A short form or WhatsApp button that asks for the course, the student's class and a preferred day. Your office confirms the slot. It's simple and it fills the first class of every batch.
Should fees be on the website?
Publishing fees and the refund policy is increasingly expected, and it saves your counsellors from the same call many times a day. If fees vary, show them per course and batch type.
Want more students joining your batches?
Tell me which courses you run, where your centres are and how students enquire now. I'll suggest what the site should show first.
