Websites for taxi and cab operators

Travellers booking a car want to know the route, the price, the vehicle and that the driver will actually turn up. I build websites for taxi and cab operators that answer those questions up front and turn them into bookings by call or WhatsApp.

What a taxi site needs

  • Routes with fares or how you charge
  • Vehicles with photos and seats
  • Airport and station pickups
  • Driver and safety details
  • One-tap WhatsApp booking

Booking a stranger's car takes trust

A family landing at an airport in a place they've never been is trusting you with their safety and their first impression of the trip. They want to see your vehicles, know that your drivers are experienced and know the area, and find reviews from people like them. Clear fares remove the worry of being overcharged.

Show real photos of your cars, say how many passengers and bags each takes, mention permits and whether drivers speak languages other than the local one, and give a phone number that someone answers at the times flights land.

What I build for cab operators

Route pages

Popular routes and day trips with distance, time, fare and stops on the way.

Fleet

Each vehicle type with photos, seats, luggage space and heating or air conditioning.

Transfers

Airport and station pickups, how meet-and-greet works and what happens if a flight is late.

Safety

Permits, driver experience and what's included, stated plainly.

Bookings

WhatsApp and call buttons on every page, with route details pre-filled.

Reviews

A review link sent at the end of each trip, and reviews linked from the site.

Search for taxi services

People search for a taxi from one place to another, or a cab in a town, often on the day. A page for each main route you run, with honest details, matches those searches better than one long list. Your Google Business Profile, set up as a service-area business with the right category, puts you on the map where passengers are.

If you also sell tours, my page for travel businesses covers packages and itineraries.

Questions cab operators ask me

Should fares be on the website?

Fixed fares for common routes, such as airport transfers and popular day trips, help travellers decide quickly and cut down on haggling. For everything else, explain how you charge, per kilometre or per day, and what's included, such as tolls, parking or the driver's stay.

Can my taxi business have a Google listing without a stand?

Yes, as a service-area business. You hide your address and list the areas where you pick up passengers, within Google's limits. A listing at a public taxi stand you don't control can be removed.

How do bookings work?

Most travellers want to book by WhatsApp or a call. A button that opens WhatsApp with the route, date and number of passengers already typed makes the first message useful, and you confirm the price and the car in reply.

Want more bookings for your cabs?

Tell me your main routes, your vehicles and how passengers book now. I'll suggest what the site and listing should show.
